13th Heaven Returns

We offer returns for eligible items in the form of store credit or exchange. You have 30 days from delivery to complete your return.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Contain original, undamaged packaging
• All tags attached
• Free from deodorant, or perfume and animal hair
• No stains or remnants of lotions or makeup

If items arrive with any of the previously mentioned characteristics, your return will be denied and the product will be recycled, no questions asked.  At this point, your return or exchange is no longer valid and the process for this exchange will be closed.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Item/s marked Final sale
• Accessories & Men's Boxer Briefs due to hygiene issues

What can I receive for my return?

You can choose from the following:

• Store credit - issued as a unique code emailed to you, valid for 6 months
• Exchange - swap for a different size 

How long do I have?

30 days from the date of delivery to lodge your return via our returns portal.

When will I receive my store credit or exchange?

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. You'll be notified by email once complete.

How do I use my store credit?

• Enter your unique code at checkout
• Can be applied to any item or order total
• Multiple credits can be used at once
• If there's a remaining balance, you can pay using any available payment method

Store credit validity: 6 months from issue. If you need extra time, get in touch and we'll find a solution.  If you do not reach out within those 6 months, store credit will expire along with any extra additional chance of resolution.

Faulty items?
If upon delivery, you believe you've received a faulty item, please continue to log your return, upload some images and we will review this and get back to you within 3 days.  This applies to clothing as it arrives, not after being worn.
