Once again 13th heaven has done it again. I bought the recon pants for work and they feel and fit perfectly. The shirt/jacket is soft and comfortable and the t-shirt is perfect.

A little overpriced I think for what it is, but other than that it's a decent pant. The calf area should be a little more tapered in my opinion, but that may be because I ordered a larger pant to accommodate the quads.

Well the shorts did not fit like 34 like they said. No big deal so i talk to them about a refund, no refund except for store credit even though tried on once and put back in package then when i asked about getting my money back instead of the store credit they ignored my email. Have fun dealing with them and hope their product fits right.

The Returns page has all of the information pertinent to our Store Policy, for one. Secondly, you sent your email response to us notifying you of our policy and steps needed in order to get that product back to us at 1:17am. Your follow up email was sent at 12:36pm of the same day with frustration stemming from 'being ignored' and stating how thankful you were to only spend so little with us. Merely foresight to those reading this review w/out knowing the full extent of conversation and/or correspondence.
