Shipping policy
We ship from our U.S. warehouses. Most orders leave within 1-2 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as yours does.
Free U.S. shipping: U.S. orders of $150 or more ship free. It applies automatically at checkout; no code needed.
Processing time: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. If a product page lists a release or ship date, that date applies to that item.
U.S. shipping: U.S. orders ship with UPS. You can pick your speed at checkout:
- UPS Ground: most orders arrive within a week of shipping.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: for when you need it sooner.
P.O. boxes: UPS can't deliver to P.O. boxes. Use a street address for U.S. orders.
APO/FPO, Puerto Rico and Guam: We ship to military addresses, Puerto Rico and Guam with USPS.
International: We ship to Canada, Mexico, the UK, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and many other countries with UPS and USPS. Available services and rates show at checkout. Most international orders arrive within 1-2 weeks of shipping, though customs can add time. Duties and import taxes aren't collected at checkout. If your country charges them, the carrier will collect them from you at delivery.
Split shipments: Some items are made to order by our production partners and ship from their facilities. If your order mixes those with in-stock gear, it may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking.
Tracking: You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking for every package. You can also check order status anytime in your account.
Address: Double-check your shipping address before you check out. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
Damaged on arrival: Log it in our returns portal with photos and we'll review it and get back to you within 3 days.
Lost or stuck in transit: If tracking hasn't moved in a while or shows delivered but you don't have it, email support@13thheaven.com with your order number.
